The paramedics didn’t want to take her out of the car at first, as they feared that may exacerbate the injuries. It is likely, however, that, “…flow of paparazzi that would have… flocked to the scene once they realized it was Jenner in the car accident.” On Wednesday evening, Kylie posted a tweet that expressed she was not involved in the accident, and rather, she ran to her mom’s side “becuz she was alone.”
